Project Development (Oversea Renewal Energy Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To support the due diligence for oversea project.
- Seeking for new opportunities of Renewable project and M&A project sourcing.
- Prepare the bids document for join the renewable energy project.
- Literature review of energy and renewable energy trend/market in potential country.
- Site survey, project cost estimate, financial model, ROI, evaluate key risk and suggest the risk management with the project management team.
- To support the project management team by contact with government/local government, other department or the personal connection which related to the project.
- To support and obtained the permit and license which related the project.
- Prepare the information and presentation for propose to the board of directors (BODM) and Shareholder meeting (SHM).
- Other assignment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance, or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience in business development, project development, M&A, due deligent for renewal energy project.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 700 and above).
- Excellent in presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business acument, analytical skills.
- Flexible, ability to work under tight timeline and pressure under limited supervision.
- Able to travel abroad occasionally.
