System Analyst Expert

Job Description
- Analyze the overall business environment, division, group, or line of business's business requirements, objectives, and needs
- Use systems and data to address business problems in the most efficient and productive way possible
- Identify and recommend best practices, as well as provide recommendations
- Assist with system design and testing, and create technical specifications documents using requirement documents and solution design
- Perform professional and competent code reviews on developer-written code.
- Identify and record code flaws, and keep code review logs
- Collaborate with a team of product owners, designers, and other engineers to create world-class experiences for our consumers
- Adherence to coding standards and development guidelines
- Support and administer all aspects of responsible environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least of 7 years’ experience in application development in banking, with a few years in leading application development projects
- Expertise & knowledge of Banking products and banking services
- Desirable if use Jira
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
- Good communication skills both in written and verbal
