Job Description

• Establish Operations Strategy to align with bank-wide strategy and regulations, facilitate all division to achieve target.
• Monthly monitor team performance to ensure that KPIs and Projects are achieved target.
• Participate in project scope and timeline definition, stakeholder management, and creation of communication plan. Anticipating potential project problems and dependencies, and effectively suggest solutions or contingency plans.
• Capture and manage project risks and issues - ensure effective escalation and closure
• Coordinate project go-live activities with product, technology and operations including - preparation of kick-off document, run-book, ensure appropriate approvals are in place to support deployment.
• Ensure bank usability is optimized throughout the outsource and is delivered best service & SLA at competitive market prices.
• Lead the analysis and ensure the team gains a deep understanding of both how and why the operations are being done in the current manner.
• Lead and manage the team to be able to analyze and identify potential quick wins in the current operational process.
• Research and provide solutions, methodologies, strategies, or change initiatives for improving the operational process both in terms of increasing efficiency, minimizing operation risk, and ensure the procedure will meet the desire service level agreement (SLA).
• Responsible for success of the actual implementation of those improvement opportunities
