• Organize effective meeting with stakeholders to define business scenarios, business logic, and related system following the digital product requirements designed by Product Owner
• Provide end-to-end solutions analysis by identifying business needs, business constraints, business impacts, and new opportunities possibly for the future
• Create and maintain business requirement documents, including business end-to-end workflow and data flow diagram which can be comprehensible by both business and technical teams
• Complete data field mapping and API specification which can be handed smoothly to Solution Architect team
• Ensure that all requirements are complied with applicable standards, BOT regulations and internal regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst (Experience in Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking implementation is preferable)
• Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with technical IT teams or related parties
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
