Job Summary

• Ensures that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy

• Supports all access management control activities across all infrastructure system

• Ensures access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.

• Evaluates existing access to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities.

• Responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continued improvements of provision processes and operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations including user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning across enterprise systems.

• Administer identity lifecycle management processes (Onboarding-ReOrg-Resign) to ensure timely and appropriate access to systems and applications.

• Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege access principles.

• Administer authentication services including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

• At least 4-6 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management.

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management frameworks and security best practices.

• Experience working with directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, or enterprise identity platforms.

• Knowledge of authentication technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols.
