Responsibilities:

• Assist TOD Audit Head for supervising and leading TOD audit team to examine, analyse, assess the effectiveness of internal controls, define audit scope, review audit program & audit working paper, and prepare audit report
• Provide consulting service for the Bank’s new projects / products / services
• Develop and apply audit techniques including data analytics to cope with changing technologies and for efficiency of TOD Audit operations
• Review audit work for correctness and completeness, lead discussions and validation of auditee deliverables, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of fact
• Compile, collate, edit, and integrate work deliverables for review and discussion with supervisor (Head of TOD Audit) and Auditee

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Engineering/Science, MIS, AIS or IT- related field
• Having experience in IT Audit, IT security, IT General Control, Applications Controls, IT Process, Change Management Control, and IT Operations.
• Knowledge in IT related security parameter setting over various IT components (e.g., AS/400, Mainframe, SQL Server DB, Oracle, Database Security, IT Operations, Server & Network Infrastructure)
• Knowledge of IT Governance & Best Practice Methodology Framework (COBIT/ITIL)
• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Experienced in banking industry is preferable
• Experienced in the use of data query and analyzing business data (data analytics) such as Statistical Analysis System (SAS), SQL, Qlik, and Power BI is preferable
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) would be an advantage.
