Job Description

• In charge of Project Management for various projects under Paotang App including Strategy, Product Development, Analytic and others
• Lead the teams to identify project objectives, scopes, benefits, cost and possible to be the end to end journey and related or impacts Initiated new features/initiatives with market research support and collaborate with all stakeholders to accomplish the project in scope, cost and timeline.
• Plan and analyze performance data, insights against targets and strategic objectives to driving revenue and business growth.
• Manage and coordinate with related teams, such as the Product owner, Marketing, IT, Legal & Compliance, and so on, to ensure a seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consulting firm, Banking, Tech or Start-up companies
• High self-driven, fast learning, ability to adopt to changes
• "Can-Do" attitude and "Growth-Mindset"
• Strong organizing and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and dynamic environment
• Project Management is required (PMP certificate is a plus)
• Product Management is optional (PSPO or CSPO certificate is a plus)

REQUIREMENT:

• 2+ years of working experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or relevant experiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or related fields.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Can work multi-tasks and under pressure.
