Responsibilities:

Web architecture

o Oversee website architecture and functionality in conjunction with stakeholder departments as needed.

o Understanding user journey, optimise website for speed, information discovery, conversions

o Organise information into site map; update site map

o Work closely with IT department regarding web technology and implementation and website security.

o Review coding & HTML structure of the websites, in coordination with content marketing team for analytics report and friendly with Google search

o Develops editorial standards and Web content style guide, coaches and trains content partners and contributors on best practices for effective Web content writing and provides editorial support and guidance regarding the development of online communications.

Web content:

o Supervise a team to create, edit and manage content development for krungsri.com working across departments to ensure content is fresh and relevant to current communications priorities.

o Works with content management system to post or fix problems with content.

o Identify new content and additions to the website to keep it fresh and engaging including the creation of landing pages, micro-sites and additional pages.

o Ensures message consistency, proofs website for brand consistency and writing accuracy and enforces style guidelines for both text and layout.

SEO Management

o Work with SEO team to create SEO framework and keyword research for Krungsri website

o Work with SEO team and content teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing

o Review and analyze on-page client sites for areas that need to improve, delete, or revise.

o Work with team of SEO to monitor quality backlinks, technical audit and take action as necessary to protect against algorithmic penalties.

o Implementation of back-end SEO elements; link-building strategy

o Establish performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands, and which complement overall marketing and business objectives

o Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and keywords performance

o Serve as an internal subject-matter expert and evangelist of web portal – stay up to date on web portal version, new features, and support in rolling out in other group of businesses.

o Monitor and act as trainer to educate other functions to manage new portal for Krungsri.com

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience
• MA/MS or BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline.
• Strong background in web content strategy in conjunction with content management systems, as well as a strong understanding of multimedia, social media, web metrics, search engine optimization, and information architecture/usability.
• Experience with content management systems
• Experience with and understanding of web development languages and architectures:

HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, ASP, SQL, etc.

• 
  Experience with multi-channel content optimization using portal solution.
