Job description:

• Giving advice to functional units in the Bank on matters regarding compliance with laws and regulations of the BOT, Credit Bureau and related supervisory authorities.
• Communicating to relevant employees/ functional units matters regarding laws and regulations or tendency of Changes in laws and regulations.

• Monitoring operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 5 or more years in banking industry with Compliance, Legal, Operation or Other related laws and Regulations.
• Background in banking businesses or related fields will be preferable.
• Good knowledge/understanding in banking products/services, regulatory compliance and risk and control process.
• Good knowledge/understanding in laws and regulations related to government agencies.

• Good command of Thai/ English.
