Job Responsibilities ;

• Represent clients in court proceedings in the capacity of an Attorney-at-Law.
• Prepare and issue formal demand letters.
• Draft settlement agreements and compromise agreements.
• Provide legal advice and consultation on various legal matters.
• Perform other duties related to the operations of the law firm as assigned.

Qualifications ;

• Strong knowledge and thorough understanding of applicable laws and legal principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal practice and procedures in the capacity of an Attorney-at-Law.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in litigation and/or legal practice.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Diligent, patient, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients and related parties.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, enthusiasm for work, attention to detail, and punctuality.
• English proficiency at a fair/working level.
