Business Analyst (Agile / Scrum Master)
ที่ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน)- Manage, plan, schedule, monitor and assess the project initiation to ensure completion of related tasks on time and meet business objectives
- Manage, assist and coordinate with scrum team and helping them analyze, design and customize the solutions with vendors
- Manage, coordinate and liaison with external parties in project implementation and ensure their deliveries on time
- Lead and assist the project team in participation with external parties
- Advise project management committee on new application development / enhancement / solution that benefits company's business
- Lead and coach the scrum team in its Scrum adoption
- Plan Scrum implementations within the organization and projects
- Ensure and help project stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
- Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
- Help the Scrum Team as a servant-leader to remove impediment, increase productivity, and shield them from any interruption
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related fields
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in complex project delivery in banking and financial industry
- Good understanding and experiences in agile project and scrum implementations
- Proven the successful project delivery by acting as Scrum Master role
- Experience in managing cross functional functions both internal and external parties e.g. vendor, consultant, regulator, scrum team
- Good attitude and people interaction skills
- Self-motivated, self-organized, reliable and able to work independent under pressure
- Discipline, analytical with problem solving skills and result & action oriented
- Mature, patience, good interpersonal, service minded, adaptive,
- Very good command of English communication (speaking/writing/reading)
