• Manage and develop assigned Distributor and Pharmacy Chain accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Develop customer business plans, including product listing, product assortment, distribution expansion, and store coverage plans.
• Propose and implement sales strategies, promotional plans, and trade activities to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, distribution coverage, and other business agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance against targets and develop corrective action plans when performance is below expectations.
• Conduct regular store and field visits to ensure effective execution, product availability, appropriate merchandising, pricing compliance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and sales growth opportunities, while providing solutions to field-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Demand Planner, Distribution Center, and relevant functions to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate out-of-stock issues.
• Manage the P&L of the assigned account portfolio, including trade spending and selling expenses, to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Analyze account and product profitability to maintain healthy gross margins and sustainable business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, budgets, and business reviews for management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure effective execution of customer plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Distributor Management, or Pharmacy Chain Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Beauty, Personal Care, or pharmacy-related products is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business planning, sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical ability with a data-driven approach to business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing and able to travel for customer meetings and store visits.
