As the B2B Brand Strategy Specialist is responsible for driving the strategic positioning, messaging, and growth of TrueBusiness as a leading technology and business transformation partner. The role leverages customer insights, market trends, and business priorities to develop compelling brand strategies and integrated communications that strengthen brand equity and drive business impact across Enterprise and SME segments.

Job Descriptions

B2B Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Lead TrueBusiness brand strategy, positioning and architecture across Corporate, Enterprise and SME

• Differentiate TrueBusiness as a technology and business solutions partner beyond connectivity

Customer & Market Insights

• Identify customer needs, market opportunities and competitive whitespace through insights and data

• Translate business, technology and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies

Communication & Campaign Strategy

• Lead B2B messaging, narratives and integrated communication strategy across all channels.

• Turn complex solutions into simple, compelling business stories, with focus on AI, cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation

Brand Governance & Experience

• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and experience across all touchpoints

• Align TrueBusiness with the True masterbrand and embed the brand across the customer journey

Enterprise, SME & Ecosystem

• Develop differentiated brand strategies for Enterprise and SME while maintaining one coherent brand

• Build strategic partnerships across technology, industry and business ecosystems

Leadership & Performance

• Align internal teams, agencies and senior stakeholders around a single brand direction

• Set KPIs, measure brand impact and continuously drive innovation and improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Business, Communication Arts or related fields

• 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, communication strategy, strategic planning or related roles

• Strong experience in developing brand positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and integrated communication strategies

• Experience in B2B marketing (Enterprise or SME) particularly in Telecommunications and/or Technology & Digital from corporate and professional services

• Strong understanding of how to translate business strategy and customer insights into powerful brand and communication strategies

• Experience working with creative, media, digital, PR or strategic agencies

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

• Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset

• Ability to simplify complex technology, products and business propositions into compelling customer stories

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and leadership levels

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and constantly evolving environment

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
