Position: Document Handling Specialist, Air Freight

(Based at Free Zone, Suvarnabhumi Airport)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Receives, handles and transmits physical documents, complying with regulations and internal procedures.
• Coordinating shipment papers and physical flow ensuring that customer requirements are met; takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
• Export cost control, take care CCM, CA/PA, ESP, and all irregularity report to concern and
• as customer request.
• Leader of CW1 project, THERMONET shipment
• Closely monitor shipment with concern party especially terminal operator, airline
• Lead of Open OI (Operations Irregularity) and raise back to Origin
• Follow up shipment with TPT,CS,CDZ, print HAWB, CSD, TSA, TAG, Cargo load list, coordinate with terminal ( FDMS, collection screen, RA3 ), other agent, loader, messenger, update IRP milestone.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Business in Airfreight.
• Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
