Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Training Coordinator in our Bangkok office.

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to technical training activities of project.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the Training Manager in executing all aspects of training administration.
• Coordinate and secure training venues and facilities.
• Oversee the logistical delivery of training sessions.
• Maintain and update the Training Technology and Transfer records and training schedules
• Collaborate with the Training Manager, system managers, and clients to achieve training objectives.
• Ensure all training materials, schedules, venues, and resources are in place for successful training delivery.
• Manage the issuance of training certifications in alignment with project timelines.
• Promote and support quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Flexible team player with a willingness to support various project areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
