You'll make a difference by:

• Designing and deploying internal AI assistants. You will lead the end-to-end creation of two custom AI bots (Knowledge and Sales Intelligence) using platforms like Microsoft Copilot to streamline how our teams find information.
• Transforming complex data into sales insights. You will teach the AI to analyze bid history, competitor benchmarks, and pricing trends to provide the sales team with a competitive edge during the tendering process.
• Curating and structuring digital knowledge bases. You will organize internal documentation and CRM data to ensure the AI provides high-quality, relevant, and fast answers to employee queries.
• Establishing AI safety and compliance guardrails. You will implement access controls and "rules of engagement" for the bots to ensure sensitive commercial data is handled securely and ethically.
• Leading user training and adoption. You will create simple "Quick Start" guides and conduct feedback sessions to ensure our Sales and Business Development teams know how to get the best out of the tools.
• Ensuring long-term project sustainability. You will produce clear technical documentation and perform a structured handover so the solutions can be maintained and scaled after your internship.

• Passion for Generative AI and Automation. You have a strong interest in how Large Language Models (LLMs) can be applied in a professional enterprise environment to solve real-world problems.
• Strong data literacy and organizational skills. You have a knack for structuring information (tagging, metadata, or document organization) to make it searchable and useful.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Ecosystem. Familiarity with tools like Teams, SharePoint, or the Power Platform is a significant advantage in getting our bots up and running.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills. You can explain technical "how-to" steps to non-technical users in a way that is clear, patient, and encouraging.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are eager to iterate on your work based on direct feedback from stakeholders.
