Customer Development Manager
Develop the strategies and business plans, implement activities, understand customers, and lead the business relationship to deliver the company's goal and align with the customer's plan. Also, in line with our marketing strategy and work closely with Trade Marketing people to ensure all marketing and activity plans are suitable and make it happen at each responsible account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 7-11 Account.
- Develop a Customer Business Plan to manage business according to the company's strategic direction.
- Execute the approved plan and manage supporting budget to deliver targets.
- Understand customer's business and direction to grow long-term business
- Manage and monitor the financial result of the account according to policy by using ROI basis as a key tool.
- Strive to improve service level for customers by providing the following:
- Appropriate inventory management
- Improve merchandising
- Reduce carrying cost
- Provide new initiatives to further develop business with customers by improving sales, and/or reducing costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales of Consumer products,
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Well organized and good at planning
- Result-oriented and proactive
- Entrepreneurial understanding
- Strategic thinker
- Good interpersonal skills, open-minded, energetic and proactive
- Confident, competitive, yet a team player
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently, but within a team environment
- Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
- Computer proficiency (MS words, excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred experience in FMCG industry with an account in CVS Channels
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health.
