Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Serves as Windows infrastructure engineer.

• Manage the design, maintenance, monitoring, development, and support of Windows servers and directory services.

• Configure and manage Microsoft SCCM for software installation, patch automation, monitoring and alerting.

• Collaborate closely with peers, technical staff and leadership to ensure assigned tasks and projects are achieved in the appropriate timelines.

• Develop, document, and automate technical processes and procedures as needed.   Required technical proficiencies Strong technical knowledge and experience deploying and managing Windows Servers and Desktops in an enterprise environment. Ability to solve highly complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Infrastructure - Windows Servers 2008 R2/2012 R2, 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows 10.

• Demonstrated knowledge of configuring, managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, Domain Structures, Group Policy, Antivirus, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, DFS, basic Virtualization (VMware) & Networking.

• Experienced with Microsoft SCCM administration/task sequencing.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, VBScript etc.)

• IT security concepts and IT Service Management framework and/or ITIL concepts and best practices.

• Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' of demonstrated work experience in a systems administration support role for virtualized Windows environments.
• The candidate should be curious, proactive, take ownership of issues and willing to be an actor of a company transformation process.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Stand-by required.
• Bachelor's degree BSc. Computer Science, Engineer or Master or equivalent, e.g. diploma (mandatory)
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
