Sales Specialist (Chinese/ Japanese Speaking)
ที่นกสกู๊ตสายการบิน จำกัด- Work with the Sales Manager in handling overseas in-bound group and FIT booking inquiries.
- Correspond with overseas travel agents and tour operators.
- Generate quotations and handle overseas group and FIT inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team.
- Cooperate with others in the Commercial team to ensure targets are met.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with travel agents and tour operators.
- Follow-up and ensure that completed group clients are satisfied with the service standard
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1-year experience in wholesale/retail travel, or service industry
- Must be fluent in English and Thai.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin or Japanese (Min. HSK Level 5 required for Mandarin or Min. JLPT N2 required for Japanese)
- Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
- Able to create and maintain strong internal and external networks;
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently or harmoniously as part of a team ls
