Job Descriptions:

1.Develop and implement the Trade Marketing execution plans to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives.

2.Translate marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets.

3.Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial team.

4. Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team.

5.Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget.

6.Stay up to date with market, consumers& competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions.

7.To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging brand positioning and category penetration.

Qualifications:

·         Age 25 - 35 years old.

·         Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields

·         Experience at least 5 years in FMCG is preferable.

·         Market data tools: Nielsen Answer preferable

·         POSM / merchandising guideline

·         Passion and can-do attitude

·         Strong interpersonal, negotiable, communication, and customer comprehension skills.
