Job description:

Junior Digital Designers are primarily responsible for designing and creating digital assets for multimedia and digital design projects, including; websites, advertising, motion design, animation, social media, and interactive identity. You may also have opportunities to work on the brand design projects, including; identity design, packaging design, print design, collateral design, and etc. You will work collaboratively with Un-titled Lab leadership, colleagues, external partners, and clients to deliver the brand experiences through human-centred design and design thinking. You will focus on three areas of strategic thinking and brand experience design/

What you will do:
> Apply a design thinking approach to address challenges, goals, and opportunities for design strategy development.
> Encourage stunning design concepts to meet client briefs and expectations, using creativity and innovative thinking.
> Pitch creative ideas, shape design concepts, and ensure design outcomes in alignment with the design strategy.
> Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver designs that are creative, global, useful, and align with design strategy and our design standard.
> Design original pieces in multidisciplinary design manners with human-centred design approach, including; website, online content, email, social media, promotional artwork, identity, and etc.
> Refine design outcomes and ensure brand consistency throughout all the projects.
> Provide advice, support, and guidance for the clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensuring the high quality of both digital and print design outcomes, displaying the expertise that has gone into the project.
> Review design outcomes to identify room for improvement.
