Social Media & Live Streaming Operations Specialist

- Oversee the operation of overseas social media accounts and short-video content across key platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Develop localized content strategies, manage overseas social media traffic acquisition, and handle content editing to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage TikTok live streaming operations for overseas markets, encompassing live content planning, marketing strategy, and live traffic acquisition.
- Leverage diverse operational tactics to boost brand influence and drive product conversion.
- Lead localized influencer marketing, with the capability to collaborate with influencer agencies or engage influencers directly. Build and nurture influencer partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of travel product portfolios, develop effective merchandise strategies, and maintain a business-oriented mindset to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor performance data for live streams, short videos, and social media engagement, as well as product conversion rate.
- Rapidly adapt strategies for short-term needs while developing long-term optimization plans to drive sustained growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as this role involves communication with Chinese stakeholders.
- Proficient in the characteristics, user preferences, live streaming/short-video trends, and content strategies of overseas platforms. Proven experience in marketing, IP operation, or TikTok (or similar overseas platform) operation.
- Prior experience in live streaming, short-video production, social media management, or content marketing is highly preferred. Experience as a host or willingness to take on hosting roles is a strong plus.
- Thorough understanding of overseas platform rules and best practices.
- Possess effective operational strategies and standardized SOPs for business management.
- Creative thinker with a sharp sense of trends, abundant ideas, and strong planning and innovation capabilities to develop engaging content.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills and the ability to coordinate resources effectively to execute operational plans. 。
- Highly data-sensitive with strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
