Job Summary

Drive the development and implementation of AI & Data Management and Governance frameworks across SCGP. Ensure high data quality, secure data practices, and enable business units to effectively leverage data for decision-making.

Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement AI & Data Management and Governance systems aligned with SCGP framework and roadmap
• Execute system development initiatives and ensure successful adoption across business units to support business objectives
• Promote and support the development of Data & AI capabilities across teams in line with governance framework
• Monitor and enhance data quality to ensure reliability for business decision-making without significant impact
• Develop and improve tools and processes for data governance such as data catalog, data quality monitoring, and data issue management
• Support training initiatives and competency development for stakeholders including Data Owners and Data Stewards
• Design and implement governance structures (e.g., RACI model) and KPIs to ensure accountability and performance tracking
• Analyze data-related issues, identify root causes, and implement systematic solutions, including applying AI where appropriate
• Manage roadmap execution, resource allocation, and project risks to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business IT, MIS, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 3–6 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related areas
• Strong knowledge in:
• Data warehouse design, ETL / data pipeline development, SQL, Python
• Data governance, data quality, metadata / master data management, PDPA / GDPR
• Data tools such as Power BI, Power Apps
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to identify and solve data-related issues systematically
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong planning and project management skills with ability to drive roadmap execution
• Good communication skills and ability to promote data & AI adoption across the organization
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bangkok)
