The LEO & Mobility Enterprise Sales Lead is responsible for driving commercial growth for Thaicom's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and multi orbit connectivity solutions across maritime, aviation, land mobility, enterprise, government, and military/defense sectors. This role leads customer acquisition, manages strategic accounts, and acts as the commercial interface between Thaicom, LEO service providers, and key industry partners. The ideal candidate brings strong solution selling capability, deep understanding of mobility and enterprise connectivity markets, and the ability to translate advanced satellite technologies into compelling business value for customers operating in remote, mission critical, or high-mobility environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales across

maritime, aviation, mobility, enterprise, and government sectors

Develop tailored satellite connectivity solutions to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Build and manage strategic customer relationships and sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.

Manage key accounts and identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with LEO service providers, telecom partners, and internal technical teams.

Support proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and solution development.

Provide market insights and contribute to commercial strategy and market expansion.

Represent the company in industry events and customer engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, or related fields

7–12 years of B2B sales experience

in satellite communications, telecom, ICT, or mobility sectors.

Proven experience in

enterprise or government solution selling

Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

Thai and English proficiency required.
