Deputy Manager, Information Communiction Technology 📍 Location: Bangkok Head Office 🏢 Department: Information & Communication Technology (ICT) 👤 Reports to: Director, ICT

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily ICT operations, infrastructure, systems, and network performance. Ensure maximum uptime of servers, applications, and IT equipment. Oversee IT projects, digital initiatives, and technology implementations. Develop and maintain ICT policies, procedures, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and Vietjet Group ICT teams. Lead and develop the ICT team to deliver reliable and secure IT services. Support strategic ICT planning and technology transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
