Key Responsibilities:

The role encompasses twelve

main duties. Primary functions include planning and monitoring daily/weekly production aligned with sales forecasts, overseeing filling and finishing line operations to meet targets, and maintaining equipment while minimizing downtime.

Quality oversight is central, with responsibility for inspecting raw materials, verifying production readiness, and ensuring compliance with GHP/HACCP standards throughout all stages. The leader must address immediate production issues, manage inventory coordination with warehouse and QA teams, and drive continuous productivity improvements while reducing waste.

Team leadership duties include task delegation, communicating KPIs clearly, and developing workforce capabilities.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, food industry studies, or related disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses 0-3+ years of production experience with particular consideration given to those with filling or packaging line expertise.

Essential competencies include understanding GHP/HACCP/Food Safety principles and possessing foundational machinery troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of mechanical systems including gear mechanisms, power transmission components, bearings, lubrication systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is expected, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities for team management.
