About the Role

The Corporate Director of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for attracting, building, and retaining the workforce the group needs today and over the next ten years. Lead HR technology and automation initiatives and assess how automation will impact the workforce and future skills requirements. Oversee compliance with labour law, PDPA, applicable standards, payroll accuracy, employee wellbeing, and employee relations.
