Job Description

● Develop & Implement effective marketing strategies & plans to achieve brand objectives
● Manage and analyze the result of marketing campaigns and create comprehensive reports
● Carry out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, market situation, and competitors.
● Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to achieve objectives
● Build brand awareness for new product and new target
● Create product concept and strategy/direction to meet business objectives
● Maintain consistency in branding in all areas of marketing
● Coordinate with clients, agencies, colleagues across departments to achieve results as planned

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 5 years experience in the position from Cosmetics or FMCG company
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, and good interpersonal skill
• Cosmetic & Makeup enthusiast
