The W&D Operations Manager assists the Director of Wine & Dine for giving direction and supporting the entire food & beverage operational department, which includes Banquets, Restaurants, Room service, Lounge, and Bars. He/she will assist the Director of Wine & Dine for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control. He/she must achieve guest satisfaction targets and team member satisfaction goals.

• In addition, he/she is responsible for developing and training food and beverage operational managers and supervisors, analyzing current trends and making recommendations accordingly. The W&D Operations Manager will assist the Director of Wine & Dine in contributing to the overall business planning and development of the hotel.
• He/she will direct and organize the food and beverage function within the Hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. To take charge of the Wine & Dine Division in the absence of the Wine & Dine Division Head / Department Head. Assist the total hotel management as a senior department head.

• Minimum of 3 years in F&B management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
• An understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, menu engineering, sales and marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Passionate and Creative in the Culinary and Service field.
• Computer skills (Word processing, Spreadsheet, and presentation software).
