Supporting the team on assigned topics, including preparation and information gathering Organizing and coordinating meeting and training schedules for the entire team Preparing necessary documents and creating PowerPoint presentations Managing correspondence, including drafting, coordinating, distributing, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards Maintaining files and records in an organized manner Handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and executing assigned responsibilities efficiently Use your skills to move the world forward Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in roles such as Team Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Support Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach in a dynamic environment Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Business communication in English and Thai, written and spoken.
