Warehouse Planning and Control Tower Lead (SPX )

- Volume Curve Analysis: Conduct analysis to optimize manpower planning and align resources with operational demands.
- Coordination with Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs.
- Actual Manpower Reporting and Productivity Analysis: Generate reports to evaluate actual staffing levels and analyze productivity metrics.
- Budgetary Cost Control: Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
- Productivity Tracking and Incentive Scheme Monitoring: Track productivity levels and manage incentive programs to drive performance.
- Project Leadership: Lead initiatives in accordance with company directives related to resource management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
- Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation
- Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause
- Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- G- Strong Analysis skill
