About the Team:
Handle and Lead warehouse operation excellence, productivity improvement, cost reduction, projects.
Job Description:
- Initiate and lead warehouse operation excellence projects. Project scope related but not limited to productivity improvement, cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and customer experience improvement.
- Design sustainable operation processes through process engineering, modeling, and optimization.
- Interface with regional product teams (mainly WMS) to review or raise system enhancement requests. Also responsible for new features roll-out and implementation.
- Plan and set up operation processes for new business launching and business expansion. Responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs to targets.
- Interface with regional operations team on a regional initiative roll-out.
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary.
- Able to adapt to dynamic business directions and startup culture..
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Logistic Management or related field
- 5-7 year working experience
- Excellence in using Microsoft Office Excel / Google Sheet
- Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations & processes, policy, and WMS systems is a plus.
- Multitask skill
- Have creative thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented
- Able to work at WHA Wangnoi
