Vender Performance Management (Supply chain) (SPX)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with business teams to define and implement requirements for middle-mile agent subcontractors for Fulfillment Planning (Manpower)
- Oversee the communication process with subcontractors to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Manage vendor performance through effective oversight and evaluation.
- Establish and maintain a vendor performance tracking system, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implementing penalties when necessary.
- Lead mid to large-scale projects aimed at enhancing vendor performance and driving cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply chain , Business Administration , Economics, or relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistic, Sub-contractor management or related field
- Strong communication skills and stakeholders management
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace
- Can do attitude and able to work in fast paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills
