We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Officer to oversee the end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment operations for an e-commerce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations from inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, outbound dispatch, and returns management - with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, service level, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

• Supervise and control incoming goods receiving processes

• Check product quantity, condition, and supporting documents

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport teams, and internal departments

• Ensure all receiving transactions are recorded accurately in the WMS / ERP system

Inventory & Storage Control

• Manage proper stock storage, binning, and location accuracy

• Monitor inventory movement and stock discrepancies

• Support cycle count and stock count activities

• Maintain high inventory accuracy and identify root causes of variance

Outbound / Fulfilment Operations

• Oversee picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch processes

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time according to SLA

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipment

• Resolve daily operational issues on the fulfilment floor effectively

Returns & Exception Handling

• Manage return merchandise processing and exception stock

• Inspect, sort, and track damaged, returned, or hold items

• Coordinate with relevant teams for non-resalable or special-case items

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, SLA, and on-time dispatch

• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote compliance with safety standards, 5S, and operational discipline

• Optimize manpower, space, and resources to improve efficiency

Team Coordination

• Support and guide warehouse staff in daily operations

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Transport, Inventory, and Procurement

• Assist in manpower planning based on daily workload

• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and escalation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or e-commerce operations

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes

• Experience with WMS / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership

• Leadership experience in guiding warehouse teams is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment or high-volume warehouse operations

• Knowledge of inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, and dispatch control

• Familiarity with warehouse safety and operational best practices
