Job Description:
- Strategic Recruitment: Plan and execute regional hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Hiring excellence: Pinpoint hiring / regional issues to understand bottleneck to fulfillment
- Stakeholder management: Ensure seamless communication between recruitment team & business stakeholders to serve hiring needs within timeline
Requirements:
- Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-Driven & Problem solving: Proficient in recruitment analytics and performance tracking tools to conduct problem solving
