Senior Growth & Strategic Project (Shopee)

- Work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and improve end-to-end processes.
- Analyze business performance, user behavior, market trends, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and performance review to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, finance, product, and other related teams to align priorities and drive results.
- Prepare business reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, seller performance, and overall platform competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, project management, commercial, consulting, e-commerce, logistics, retail, FMCG, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into practical actions.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and business performance tracking.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, consulting, retail, logistics, FMCG, or fast-paced business environments is a plus.
