Recruiter Warehouse Based - Contract 11 months (Scommerce)

About the Team:
Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time employee and subcontractor management process
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support new fleet and manpower operations practices
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
- Define sourcing plans and programs to effectively and efficiently meet the business manpower (short-long term employee) requirements
- Support Operations team for daily operations
- Monitor and monthly performance of each subcontractor
Requirements:
- Able to work based at our Warehouses in Samutprakarn, and Samutsakorn
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
- 1-5 years of working experiences in HR Recruitment or subcontract management (Warehouse Operations)
- Excellent analytical skills, negotiating, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various -internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the warehouse industry is a plus
- Capable of working under pressure and a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
