ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities across the end to end procurement funnel
- To define, review, and continuously improve upon our procurement SOP (including sourcing, PR/PO, legal contracting, billing), to ensure optimal ability to serve business users, whilst driving cost savings
- To establish sound data management practices to ensure accurate and accessible information for contracts, product and supplier directories, and spend information
- To provide PMO and coordinate support on sourcing of large CapEx or high priority projects as assigned - ensuring stakeholders are informed, cost is optimised, and timeline is met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant field
- Have at least 2-3 years of working experience; with prior knowledge of procurement / supply chain / logistic / warehouse operations preferred
- Have demonstrated achievements in process improvements, or operations excellence
- Demonstrated ability in managing stakeholders and coordinate implementation across different functions in an organization
- Comfortable with data analysis, and is able to provide actionable insights
- Able to create PowerPoint presentations and be comfortable presenting to team or Shopee management
- Language skills: Fluent in Thai and English
