Performance Control Tower (SPX Express)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- KPI controller of 3SOC 6RC plus 2025 growth SOC4 and +1 New NERC C Yasothorn
- Ops Check In Dash boad and Gap to follow up/ working together with SOC / RC Leads/ Across
- Mile
- Follow up MM Ops for newly expansion hub/ RC
- SOC RC Initiatives Project improvement , SLA improvement
- Summarize and investigation Rec Ops data (Meeting : [SPX Ops x Opx] - MM weekly meeting)
- Connect with BI / Product for enhancement/ Implementation
Overall Control of
- Quality Control (Skilled)
- Cross Function with Recovery Team for loss dispute/ follow up
- Analyse & Follow up Loss internal SOC RC
- Analyse & Follow up with LH for TP lost
- Lost, Stuck, Hi Value Target by %loss
- Stuck Lost Trend Analysis
- Miss Sort Coordinator to Engineer/ LM
- Product Feature Control Tower
- Training new feature implementation
- Request to update AWB sort codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
- Experience in team management.
- Experienced of E Commerce SLA
- Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause
- Strong Leadership as KPI controller
- Strong Communication and follow up skill
- Work under pressure, short timeline
