Job Description:Work closely to Branding and Internal Communication Lead to design communication and engagement strategy in order to promote and keep a positive Shopees culture aliveWork across with Regional Engagement team to implement and drive all related engagement activitiesIdentify and initiate various innovated engagement activities, tools such as survey, events, townhall, services, etcInitiate, implement and drive an engagement roadmap of company events including teams activities as the company-wide to reinforce the great place to work in ShopeeDevelop and execute a clear corporate messages including internal materials to ensure providing communication effectively to all employeesDrive and maintain the stronger internal relationship among employees, departments and organizationAdminister and manage all reports, engagement programs analysis and use the result to redefine more interesting and attractive activities to increase employees engagementRequirements:Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, BBA and etcAt least 4 years of experiences in organizational development, engagement, etcBe able to work within the dynamic environment and multi-cultural teamHave a proven record of employee engagement activities, projects, etcHaving a passion to work with people and ability to inspire people through innovation, execution, collaboration, and funSelf-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office suite requiredExcellent in communication both Thai and English both in written and spoken
