Logistics Project Management Executive (Shopee)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per order).
- Identify performance gaps and generate reports/dashboards for visibility.
- Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Issue Resolution & Process Support
- Investigate and escalate performance issues for corrective action.
- Coordinate with internal teams and 3PLs to resolve logistics challenges.
- Support SOP implementation and process improvements.
3PL Coordination & SLA Compliance
- Ensure 3PL adherence to SLAs and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide data-driven insights for vendor management and contract discussions.
Process Improvement & Project Support
- Identify and assist in implementing small-scale efficiency improvements.
- Support logistics transformation projects (e.g., route optimization, automation).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in vendor management, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably within e-commerce or logistics operations.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience in logistics operations, transportation, or fulfillment tracking.
- Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
