FBS Incubation Coordinator (Contract - Scommerce)

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
- Seller Onboarding: Assist with seller onboarding training and SOP walkthroughs.
- Direct Seller Support: Provide day-to-day, hands-on support to sellers to ensure they understand and comply with inbound and replenishment procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor seller performance, collecting data to assist the team in identifying growth opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Help resolve basic seller escalations and queries in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, performance metrics, and progress.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the Incubation Lead with various tasks, including data analysis and special projects.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar fields. (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)
- 0-3 years of experience as Operations fields
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
- Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient in both English and Thai
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
