ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Reconcile costs with Ops & vendors.
- Oversee driver incentives, payroll integration, and zone model updates.
- Reconcile subcontractor costs and manage accruals.
- Update process flowcharts and identify integrity checkpoints.
- Highlight operational constraints and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance cost accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, SOP development, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure proper input controls and sign-off processes are in place before implementation.
Requirements:
- Analytical and planning skills
- Project management skills (prioritization, problem identification, data justification, timeline
manage) - Attention to detail; identify any irregularities in records or transactions that could indicate
fraudulent activity or deviation in operation - Good coordination skills to align with stakeholders from all levels
- Quick learning with ability to adapt to changing situation and new challenges
- Good in Finance Modeling
- Can communicate in English
