Corporate Development Executive (Shopee)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government regulators and promotional bodies to advocate for the digital economy in Thailand.
- Monitor and analyze relevant regulations and policies to ensure compliance and proactively identify opportunities or risks.
- Act as a primary liaison for government bodies, representing Shopee in official meetings, committees, or events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external government stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives or campaigns that require government support or alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth planning and execution of government-related campaigns, including timeline management, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track and analyze project outcomes, providing clear, data-driven reports to senior management.
- Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses on government or platform-level initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Prepare and present findings, proposals, and progress updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans and frameworks in partnership with Business Units, aligning them with Shopee’s overarching objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in public relations, business administration of communications/marketing is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in government relations, lobbying, project management, or regulated industries (e.g., logistics, fintech, e-wallets, telco, eCommerce, insurance) is a bonus.
- Excellent command of English and Thai (written and spoken). Must be able to engage confidently with government officials.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Agile, with the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and integrity in all tasks.
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented but able to maintain a big-picture perspective.
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to fast-paced changes.
