ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Gathering and analysing data on topics such as competitor tactics, market share, market position and business opportunities; preparing reports to provide insight on these areas for senior management
- Conducting ongoing analysis of key competitors; producing reports and advising on -strengths/weaknesses
- Producing materials on market trends; proactively distributing these to stakeholders
- Assisting in the development of a competitive intelligence portal, including managing content such as reports, newsfeeds and updates
- Monitoring and reporting on management information via analytics and dashboards
- Collating information from multiple sources to produce beneficial and actionable insight for the business teams
- Keeping up to date with activity and trends in relevant sectors and markets
- Building networks and stakeholder relationships with relevant teams e.g. market insight & research teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage challenging stakeholders
