Background

SCBX Group is developing an AI-driven platform to power smarter customer decisions, combining advanced AI models, decision engines, digital twin capabilities, and deployment across multiple customer channels for portfolio companies.

The Group seeks a senior advisory solution architect to independently review, challenge, and strengthen the end-to-end architecture while working alongside internal teams.

This is an expert advisory role. The selected individual must engage deeply in technical discussions, understand system realities, and provide independent architectural judgement.

Scope of Work

1. Technical Discovery & Constraint Identification

• Participate in deep technical workshops with data, channel, CMS/CRM, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams
• Identify architectural constraints, technical debt, integration limitations, and structural bottlenecks
• Recommend required adjustments, redesign, or modernization actions

2. Architecture Review & Validation

• Review and challenge L2 and L3 target architecture designs, covering:

• Core Engine: Reinforcement learning and digital twin architecture, including required infrastructure, feature/data pipelines, and closed-loop learning mechanisms (immediate priority).

• Endpoints & Channels: End-to-end integration across telesales, branches, RMs, and mobile app, including workflows and interoperability with BU campaign management systems.

• Action Factory: Design of a scalable next-best-action capability enabling continuous offer creation, experimentation, and marketing operating model shift.

• Ensure architectural alignment with scalability, resilience, regulatory, and operational requirements

Profile Requirements

The proposed individual must demonstrate:

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience in large, complex organizations
• Proven experience designing AI-enabled decisioning or personalization platforms
• Experience with reinforcement learning (RL) systems that have been deployed and used in real production environments.
• Strong legacy-to-modern integration experience
• Experience in regulated financial services environments
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions and provide independent architectural judgement
