Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity to be part of SCBX dynamic legal team, with great opportunity to work closely with SCBX business units and subsidiaries.

JobDescriptions:

• Provide legal advice and support to SCBX business units and subsidiaries in M&A, corporate matter, payment system, data privacy and cyber security matters
• Draft, review, revise and provide legal comments on transactions or projects to which SCBX or its subsidiary is a party
• Coordinate and negotiate with high-profile Thailand international counter parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws from renowned institutions
• Minimum5yearsofprofessionalexperienceinlawfirmorIT/ Fintech industry(experienceor expertise in payment system, data privacy and cyber security matters is preferred)
• Proficient in spoken and written in Thai and English
• Interested in Fintech / data technology
• Pro-active and service-minded person, great interpersonal skill and team player
