Senior Process Engineer
Be able to training at oversea project (South Korea) for 3-6 months

Qualifications :

• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experienced in process engineering calculation and design in petrochemical, refinery or oil & gas field.
• Experienced in conducting process simulation software e.g. HYSYS, PROII, FlareNet, FlareSim.
• Experienced in HAZOP study, SIL review, safeguarding memorandum review, Cause & Effect Chart.
• Familiarized with international codes & standards e.g. API, NFPA, ASME, DEP.
• Experienced in Heat Exchanger Design by HTRI is advantageous.
• Familiarized with MS Office software e.g. MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Smart Plant P&ID (if applicable).
• Good command of English. (Spoken & written)
• 10 - 14 years’ experience in process engineering design in petrochemical, refinery or oil & gas field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in working as role of Lead for FEED or Detailed Engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Performed PFD, P&ID and HMB via process simulation (HYSYS, PRO.II).
• Carried out FEED, Detailed Engineering, activities plan, manpower management and schedule control.
• Studied ITB document, project specification, international code and standard.
• Carried out hydraulic calculation, line sizing, selection size of equipment and instrument.
• Carried out PSV sizing & selection, depressurization, header sizing, flare KOD sizing and flare radiation study.
• Checked vendor print (engineering drawing & documents), technical bid evaluation.
• Participated in HAZOP study and SIL review. Provide recommendations on process point of view.
• Developedprocess study report, start-up and shutdown procedure and operating manual.
• Reviewed plot plan, equipment lay out and tie-in locations.
• Perform site survey, pre-commissioning/commissioning and activities related to construction work.
