We are seeking an experienced manager with an interest in technology and board domain knowledge in the law. In-house counsel is a critical position for our companies as the law is a consideration in every aspect of our business. You will be a full participant on the management committee and have a powerful voice in the direction of our companies.

• BL/LLM/JD degree from highly ranked, accredited law school in Thailand. North American or - UK degrees would be advantageous.
• Broad exposure to Commercial, Civil, Corporate and labor law
• Very strong English written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and business skills
• The ability to negotiate one-to-one with senior level managers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and self-learning capability
• Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks
• 3+ years of experience with a major international company or law firm
