Position Description: The Full Stack developer, reporting to the System Development and DSS Lead, is responsible for designing and developing a cutting-edge, AI-driven decision support system for risk management under development at RIMES.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical development.
• For iOS, Mobile iOS development (Swift, Objective C), Experience with Xcode.
• For Android, Experience with Mobile Android Development (Java, Kotlin) Experience with Android Studio
• For web responsive, Experience with Angular and React JS with strong knowledge of any Javascript, HTML, or CSS.
• Having DevOps experience is a plus.
• Strong written & verbal command of Thai and English.

Skills and Abilities:  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to plan and organize work independently; excellent communication skills

Backend: Preferably Python (Django) or Node (Express), or PHP (Laravel)

Frontend: Angular/Any other framework based on JS

Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL

OS: Linux

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end applications with selected frameworks
• Implement a robust set of functional and services to power frontend of web application
• Build highly complex user interface applications and back-end databases integration using expert-level skills in various web development tools, programming languages, and scripting languages
• Actively address non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, continuous integration, migration, and compatibility.
• Implement the security and data protection
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI wireframes to front-end visual elements
• Take ownership from the design of the feature through the first lines of code to how it performs in production
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public, and other external customers.
